Wild Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding
A dessert for breakfast that won’t make you gain weight!

Ingredients
  • 5T Chia Seeds
  • 10 oz Original Almond Milk(any milk works fine)
  • 1 T Vanilla Extract
  • 1Pinch Cinnamon(optional)
  • 3 T Frozen Wild blueberries(more if desired)
  • Any other fruit for the finish touch
  • 1T Pure Maple Syrup
Instructions
  1. Fill up jar with milk of choice until about 2 inches left from the top.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and shake(with top on) or stir until all the ingredients are combined.
  3. Refrigerate over night or let it sit in the fridge for 3 hours. ( I prefer mine to sit in the fridge over night)
  4. Once it’s firm and pudding like, you can either eat it out of the jar or pour it into a bowl and enjoy it that way. Either works great!
  5. Add some bananas or granola to it! The bananas add in some more sweetness and the granola adds a nice crunch.

**To not get any clumps I shook mine and even stirred it a few different times before I left it alone in the fridge for night**
